The team are looking for an experienced Analyst/Associate to join their market leading investment banking team. Career opportunities such as this are sought after in New Zealand, particularly when there is a clear pathway for career progression.  This will suit someone with 3 – 5  years’ experience who is keen to join a leading firm, be involved in high profile transactions and be part of a successful, growing team.
  
The Opportunity

• Exceptional transaction pipeline for 2024
• Building relationships with their existing client base
• Execution of high quality M&A, ECM and DCM transactions
• Draw on your analytical, financial modelling and valuations skills

About You

• 3 - 5 years relevant investment banking or Corporate Finance or similar experience
• A proven track record in financial modelling and valuations and assist in delivering excellent outcomes for clients
• Ability to take ownership and assist on deal execution
• Outstanding communication skills and an outgoing personality
• The desire to succeed and be part of an organisation that is fun, innovative and success driven
• You might be returning to NZ after your overseas experience or you could be with a Big 4 Corporate Finance firm or perhaps an M & A Lawyer looking to transition into investment banking
• Strong tertiary education in Accounting, Finance, Engineering or similar and you might be working towards your CA or CFA
