Our client is a foreign trustee company administering a range of foreign trusts. They are looking to appoint a Trust Officer to join the Client Services team in a role that will provide good scope for learning.

The role:
  • Updating and maintenance of the trust and company database.
  • Preparation of trustee ,company and partnership resolutions, deeds, share transfer forms, loans and contracts.
  • Administer invoice payments, distributions, loans and private equity investment bank account movements. 
  • Onboarding new clients and preparing bank account opening forms.
  • Drafting resolutions.
  • Reviewing due diligence documentation.
  • Complete annual review of all trusts and entities.
  • Ensure compliance with NZ regulatory laws and practice.
  • CRS and FATCA
  • ad hoc administrations duties 
The Person:
  • Must have a working knowledge of how trusts operate. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to details.
